| At the end of February 43 people of the 101 registered are fully paid members of the club. Will the 58 members who have not yet renewed please do so as soon as possible so that I can finalise the member list before the pending AGM. Thanks Bert |

Sorry Bert - I'm one of the offenders! Will get form off to you now.
Can everyone also let Bert know if they are a CANI member? We need to
tell them which club members are to be part of the 'associate'
membership scheme for insurance purposes, and who has CANI membership
(and we don't need to pay the insurance fee from membership fees).

Good point on the public nature of these messages, Navarat. We probably
need a part of the forum for 'Club Business' which can only be viewed by
members. I will see if I can set that up today.
We have talked for some time about having on-line membership forms (with
paypal and ability to add your CANI number) but these things take a lot
of time to set up. Perhaps for next year.

2. For the convenience of The Hon. Treasurer & The Hon. Secretary; Is it possible for members to state whether they are/are not CANI Member in a list through the 'EVENTS' or somewhere that not shown to public and to give opportunity for those who do not want to renew their membership to state their intention within certain period to avoid unnessary insurance paid on their behalf, limitation on access to the 2010 Events, Posting and Advertising in the Forum.
