Kayaking in Greece - club member was looking for info

I was contacted by telephone a couple of weeks ago by a person or representative who I believe to be from your club regarding our advertisement in BCU magazine, unfortunately this person did not leave their name but asked me to provide information on any special offers for clubs that we have in our 2010 BCU Sea kayaking courses in Greece. I am now in a position to provide these with the allocated dates and prices, sorry for the slight delay in replying.

All our sea kayaking holidays and BCU courses are based at our Odyssey Centre on the Greek Island of Poros [in the Saronic Gulf - 31 miles south east of Athens] 7 nights including all meals, private ensuite accommodation, 50 mtrs from the beach and 5 days sea kayaking, all equipment BCU certified course etc…..

2010 Special offer dates and prices for kayaking and canoe clubs only.

Exact arrival and departure dates are flexible and can be confirmed at time of, or before booking.

June

1st and 2nd weeks: Standard advertised price is € 779 Euros; special offer price is book 4 places get one free place, so equivalent price is € 625

July

1st and 2nd weeks: Standard advertised price is € 819 Euros; special offer price is book 4 places get one free place, so equivalent price is € 655

September:

3rd and 4th weeks: Standard advertised price is € 779 Euros; special offer price is book 4 places get one free place, so equivalent price is € 625

There may be other dates in May and September 2010 but these have not been decided as yet. I can also provide prices for self catering, or bed and breakfast if that’s what is preferred, its approx € 180 less per person so on average about € 480 for the self catering option. I would not be able to provide prices with any further reductions; these are my best prices for 2010, they are actually slightly less than 2009 prices.

To take advantage of this special offer, bookings must be made and confirmed by 22nd February 2010. In addition this date may be extended, but it’s not guaranteed. All our bookings are subject to availability at time of enquiry.
