If you are interested in learning to open canoe - two blades are cheating! Then we are going to run two training days in march for the club. If you are interested then please indicate below what you would like to cover. Possibilities include; open water (rafting, sailing, trim) Moving water (eddy in and out, stopping and checking, ferry glides), Traditional skills (tracking and lining, poling and snubbing) and stroke work (possibly more important in a canoe as you are missing half your paddle!). We can use boats from CANI please indicate if you would like to use one.
